Shipping, Returns and Delivery
At checkout you can choose an appropriate shipping method based on your location and speed of delivery required.
IF THERE IS NO SHIPPING METHOD TO YOUR LOCATION: Then we may have restricted the product sales area., This occurs for a variety of reasons including chipping costs, customs, government restrictions or even simply that we choose not to offer the product in your area.

If a Carrier provides a delivery notice then the product is considered to be delivered and a refund may not be claimed for non-delivery. Any subsequent related claims that the product is "unsatisfactory" will not be honored.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PM Technical Consulting. Request an RMA and we will provide an appropriate shipping address depending on the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
